Below is a form you can fill out to register for one of our classes.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are a new family you must complete the address and phone information as well as the boxes marked with an asterick.

REGISTRATION:

You may register one of two ways.

1. You may register and pay online using a credit card. If you use this method your space will be confirmed for you today.

2. You may register online and select the "Pay Later" option, which allows you to pay by check. Your space will be confirmed once payment is received. You may also print out this registration form and mail it along with your check if you do not wish to register online.

YOUR SPACE WILL ONLY BE RESERVED ONCE YOUR FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Registration is taken on a first come first served basis and each class is limited to 12 children.

CONFIRMATIONS:

This registration serves as a confirmation of your first class choice unless you are otherwise notified.

TUITION:

10-WEEK SEMESTER
$175.00 for one child
$100.00* for a sibling attending with an older child.

*Siblings less than 8 months of age at the start of the semester attend free. Please note: if you are paying online and are going to be bringing a second child UNDER EIGHT MONTHS, don't register the baby. If you do this you will automatically be charged the sibling fee. Instead, please tell me the baby's name and age in the "comments" box. Hope that makes sense!


Tuition includes the 10 WEEKS of class, 2 CD's (one for home and one for the car), and a beautifully illustrated songbook with at home activity suggestions. There are nine song collections that are rotated over a three year period. Each session there is new music for you to enjoy!

REFUNDS:

There is a $25.00 non-refundable charge for cancellations after enrollment. There are no refunds once classes have begun.

You are allowed two make-ups throughout the semester for missed classes.
